I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The hotel was very clean and tidy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It had all the facilities I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect - very close to the historical city center. I could easily take the bus to any part of the city, including the train station. The walk to the city center was also pleasant and safe, even in the evening. The staff, Loretta and her daughter, were extremely helpful and always answered my questions promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I ever come back to this city.

The host and her daughter were attentive and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the informative book with recommendations and important contacts. When I needed a taxi to the airport, they even went above and beyond to drive me themselves. I highly recommend this charming and historic place to anyone visiting Bologna.

the apartment was lovely, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the host was very friendly and even arranged secure parking in the inner courtyard for me. the location was convenient, with a straight 20-minute walk to the main old town. the building was gated, making it feel safe, even for solo female travelers. I also appreciated the excellent cooking and cleaning supplies provided, as well as the comfortable beds and great bathroom facilities.

The bed was not comfortable. It was actually two single beds pushed together, which made it difficult to sleep in the center without a gap appearing.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, with easy access to the historical city center. Guests can reach the center in just 20 minutes by foot or utilize the frequent bus service right outside the building. The residential neighborhood surrounding the hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere with nice restaurants, cafes, and ice cream shops nearby. Additionally, there is a supermarket situated just 100 meters away, providing guests with all their grocery needs.

On colder days, it may be a bit chilly in the rooms as the windows and doors are not tightly sealed. However, during warmer seasons, this is not a problem at all.

The ancient atmosphere, comfortable beds, cleanliness, good amenities, reliable WiFi, convenient location.
